OnOff is a calendar for rotating shifts. You enter your rotation once, for example 14 days on and 7 off, or two weeks of days followed by two weeks of nights, and the app fills in your work and off days five years ahead.

Common questions

My rotation has blocks of different lengths. Add one block per stretch, in order: for example Night 4, Off 3, Day 3, Off 1. When the last block ends, the cycle starts over.

I'm taking a day off that isn't in my rotation. Tap that day on the calendar and choose Leave, or any other shift. Only that day changes. Tap it again and choose "Back to rotation" to undo.

How do I get my shifts into Apple Calendar or send them to my family? With Pro, open the ⋯ menu and choose "Send as Calendar File". It creates an .ics file with the next two years of work days. Open it in Calendar, or send it in Messages.

Do I need an account? No. Your rotations are stored on your iPhone and copied to your own iCloud key-value storage, so a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account gets them back.

Is Pro a subscription? No. Pro is a one-time purchase. Use "Restore Purchase" on the Pro screen on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
