Common issues
- A shortcut does not work: macOS or another app may already use it. Pick a different combination in Preferences. The Preferences window shows a notice when registration fails.
- Laser not visible: some full-screen games, DRM video players, and secure screens may hide the overlay.
- Drawings not in screenshots: use version 1.0.0 or later. The overlay is included in screen captures.
Refunds
Purchases made through the Mac App Store follow Apple's refund process: reportaproblem.apple.com.

자주 겪는 문제
- 단축키가 동작하지 않을 때: macOS나 다른 앱이 이미 그 조합을 쓰고 있을 수 있습니다. 환경설정에서 다른 조합을 고르세요. 등록에 실패하면 환경설정 창에 안내가 나옵니다.
- 레이저가 보이지 않을 때: 일부 전체 화면 게임, DRM 동영상 플레이어, 보안 화면에서는 오버레이가 가려질 수 있습니다.
- 스크린샷에 그림이 안 찍힐 때: 1.0.0 이상을 쓰세요. 오버레이는 화면 캡처에 함께 찍힙니다.
